Terms of service

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. One person, one account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Ehsas Moments lets you build an animated, interactive surprise — a name, a message, photos and an optional voice note — and publish it as an unlisted link you share with one person.

• Creating and previewing is free.
• Publishing a surprise needs a one-time payment for that surprise.
• A published link stays live for the period of the option bought for that surprise (7 days on Standard, 30 days on Premium) and then expires by design.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees, US Dollars or British Pounds depending on your region. Indian prices include GST; UK prices include any VAT due; US prices are the full price and any sales tax is shown before you pay. Your bank may convert the charge, as the checkout explains. Current prices are on the pricing page. The amount charged is always calculated by our servers; a browser can never set or change a price.

Payments are collected through Razorpay, a licensed Indian payment gateway. A plan is unlocked only after the gateway confirms a successful, verified payment. Plans are one-time purchases — never subscriptions or automatic renewals.

You must not use Ehsas Moments to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, defame or impersonate anyone;
• upload obscene, sexually explicit or child-endangering material;
• upload someone's photo or voice without their permission;
• infringe copyright or any other person's rights;
• break Indian law, or attempt to breach, scrape or overload the service.

Content that violates the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 is removed and, where the law requires, reported. We may suspend an account without refund for serious or repeated misuse.

You keep all rights in the photos, voice and words you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process and display them to the recipient of your link, for as long as that link lives. We do not use your content to advertise or train anything.

The Ehsas Moments name, design, animations, scenes, code and copy belong to us. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative products from them.

We work hard to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, provider outages or events beyond our control may interrupt access. Support is available at care@ehsasmoments.co.in.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the surprise in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for how a recipient reacts to a surprise. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights in India, the US or the UK.

You can stop using Ehsas Moments and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, fraud or abuse; already-expired links cannot be restored. Photos and voice notes are deleted 7 days after your link expires. Text and payment records are kept as required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan 302018, India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the US or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts. There is no forced arbitration and no class-action waiver. Consumer complaints are handled first through our grievance contact, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
