- Is the free preview really free?
- Yes. Your photos and voice note stay on your device while you build and preview — nothing is uploaded until you choose to send.
- How long is a surprise live?
- The link stays active for about 7 days on Standard and about 30 days on Premium, counted from when you publish. After that the link stops working.
- Does the recipient pay anything?
- Never. Payment is only ever on your side.
- Which payment methods work?
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. In India: UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Outside India: international Visa and Mastercard cards — the charge is in INR and your bank converts it.
- What if a payment fails?
- You won't be charged twice. If money leaves your account without the surprise publishing, it is reconciled and refunded.
