Ehsas Moments sells interactive digital surprises. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses.
02When and how you receive it
- Delivery is instant: your private surprise link is created as soon as payment succeeds.
- The link appears on screen and stays in "My surprises" in your account.
- You share the link with the recipient yourself, by WhatsApp, SMS, email or any app.
- Delivery is available worldwide wherever the website opens.
03If delivery fails
If money was taken but no link appeared within 30 minutes, contact us at care@ehsasmoments.co.in or +91 63767 53295 with your payment reference. We will deliver the link or refund you in full, as set out in our refund policy.
